Louis Consulting and Systems Integration, Inc. (LCSI) was founded in 1984 as a small consulting firm specializing in communication technology infrastructure design, implementation, and management. In the late 1980’s LCSI began development of custom software applications to integrate the operations, monitoring, and performance reporting of these infrastructures and developed the first fully automated PS/ALI application in North America.
LCSI staff have worked across all industry sectors and in all aspects of information technology including telecommunications, software development and deployment, emergency management, and unified communications.
LCSI, Inc. is based in Seattle, WA, USA and has provided services to the Columbia Basin Irrigation District, the Owyhee Irrigation District, the Sultanate of Oman, the City of Seattle, schools, colleges, hospitals, and large and small corporations. LCSI incorporated in 1999.
LCSI staff have developed and managed large microwave radio, fiber optic, SCADA, telephony, data networking, public safety radio systems, emergency operations centers and Public Safety Answering Points (PSAPs).
LCSI has been instrumental in developing Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems for several utilities and irrigation districts.
LCSI developed a draft project plan for the Sultanate of Oman, Ministry of Development to expand the collection, storage and retrieval of information throughout the country to enhance internal government operations, improve economic development, and attract international trade.
In 1987, LCSI developed and deployed the first E911 application for a PBX network in North America. An enhanced version of this application is still in use today supporting a major US City’s network of 24 large TDM, VoIP, and SIP based switches and appliances .
